Bibbly ("we," "us") is a baby name recommendation tool. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We do not collect your real name, phone number, due date, or any health information. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on AWS (US East region), encrypted at rest. Email is sent via Amazon SES.

Your rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@bibbly.ai. We will delete your account, votes, and preference data within 7 days.

If you're on the waitlist only, you can unsubscribe via the link in any email we send, or email us directly.

Cookies

Bibbly uses a single authentication token stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising.

Children

Bibbly is for expectant parents choosing a name. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll notify you by email before the changes take effect.
